Live guys welcome to another episode of Good morning crypto and today we're Continuing the binance and busd Saga why Because right now we do have allegations Coming out that binance is not backing The stable coin this is quite Interesting because circle is the ones That reported binance to the authorities And this is what started the nydfs Situation with binus there are two Regulatory bodies right now chasing Binance and binance is trying to deflect Attacks from many directions it's kind Of like if you're watching The Last of Us there are zombies coming from all Directions and you gotta you gotta Figure it out or the fungi fungus zombie In in last of us so we have the SEC Coming saying listen the stable coin It's a security then we have these guys And why DFS coming from the other Direction saying listen it's not backed It's not backed so right now the the Hell is breaking loose and of course the Big question is how is binance looking I Mean what happens if this thing is not Backed look here one of the big uh Mess-ups with paxos in my opinion is Allowing buyers to create their own and Backed busd so what happens Pax was Basically the way it looks to me just Reading from what people are discussing But paxos allowed binance to create Their own busd so all busd is not issued
By paxos some of it is issued by binance And binance can do that for example when They take in your other stable coins They would convert them into busd so They can mint busd based on the asset You deposit so for example in binance if You deposit usdc they convert it to busd And so they can mint busd in that Fashion and so this is where delegation Right now is coming from that uh that They're not fully backed and it's it's It seems been proven that at times it Was not backed and only adds to Market Confusion paxus should have suspended Issues of busd for binance due to that I Mean this is the big fat right now in Case in case binus has gone nuts just Minting busd without backing it's a big Red flag and that's where CZ needs to Step out as soon as possible and clarify All of this we need CZ CZ needs to set The record straight is our fans safer is Backing safe that's the big big question Anyways we're going to be discussing This today we're going to be discussing Alt we're going to be discussing the Future of stable coins because really This industry right now is entering a Whole new paradigm it's a whole new Paradigm where a stable coins may not be What we thought they are just like FTX Is not what we thought he is stable Coins may also not be this stable thing That you know is always here always

Probably there are like hundreds Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of Daily participants that I don't even Know about we don't even know about so It's like lost family that we're Rediscovering anyway let's go into the Uh charts we're seeing Bitcoin not do Anything again I mean this is kind of The situation with Bitcoin it is Strength is strength it's very good I Like that it's not doing anything Because we've had maybe the most bearish News in quite a long time coming out Yesterday that binance has issues busd Has issues um binance has to defend from All Thrones paxos is being attacked by The SEC I mean all of this storm started Yesterday and Bitcoin doesn't even care See this is the power of the bottom the Power of the bottom is such that bearish News doesn't dump the markets anymore That's when you know that probably the Markets have bottomed when bearish news Don't really decrease the price a lot Just like in the bull market when you Have more and more bullish news coming Out but the bullish news doesn't pump The price anymore you know that the Market is exhausted there are no more Buyers like everyone who was excited Already bought and so now you have this Extra news coming out all good news Everyone is pumped but everyone already Bought like there are no new buyers
Everyone is fully deployed already and The same thing in the bear Market when You have bad news coming out and the the Price doesn't dump what does it mean Well it means that now everyone who is Worried who is on edge who doesn't Really believe in crypto they sold Already there are no more sellers like Who else is gonna sell even if you're Worried you're not selling anymore Because because you're here for the long Term so That's why on this channel When it comes to dumps we do have a Saying don't ask for a pump ask for a Lack of dump and that's what we're Getting we're we're asking for a lack of Dump and right now when you look at Bitcoin it doesn't dump so I love that And basically everything is the same as Yesterdays I mean I don't really Understand when people analyze the price Like in detail day to day because it's Exactly the same as yesterday like Nothing has happened so we're wasting Either 25k breaks or either we go down Here and we reload some altcoins uh and And Bitcoin and we deploy some dry Powder at that level and right now we Are seeing Bitcoin minus I mean nothing Has happened nothing has happened the Only thing that has happened is that BNB Has dumped and this is an opportunity in Case you believe that binance is coming
Back like Dr Julian Hoss wrote on a Twitter and he said the following that Uh he believes that binance will come Back and that binance is is fully good So he says what can both parties do uh Get out of it uh with this deal that Binus has with paxos so he's speculating That maybe a paxos gets more USD in Their accounts because binance promotes Them and binance can create a the stable Coin and they and they can get the ball Going to a high to a high extent so Basically this is a market scene Collaboration you can say between paxus And binus for binus is promoting paxos Uh stablecoin they're calling it busd Binance USD and so Dr Julian Hospital Speculating what uh what is the interest Here so paxos gets more USD in their Account they can they can earn more Yield on that just by having it in a in A bank account or by treasuries Basically risk-free yield like we call It binance guess account on this race And they have their own branded stable Coin and they uh and they build the Network effect in their ecosystem so if Binance did not do any embezzlement Fraud which I highly expect they did not Do then it should be 100 the Responsibility of paxos to make sure That uh busd is backed and here is where You have to understand that a problem With the statement could be could be
That binance can create their own uh Their own busd so while in in on paper It makes sense that okay paxos is the Issue my understanding is that it's not The full story the full story is that Actually binance can also issue their Own busd and they have the permission to Do that let's see how that actually Works now that the cover is lifted and Julian offers two outcomes paxus had Ops Issues and had unbacked BSD at times They will get a fine this and that and Option B minus did some kind of fraud Very unlikely if that were true we would Uh all be up for a crazy roller coaster Again unlikely so some people think it's A problem what we're seeing some people Feel that it's unlikely let me know in The comment section what you think I Mean personally I'm prepared for Anything uh I don't have any fans on Binance anymore since the FTX because You never know I mean a lot of these Companies they're not transparent I Don't know where binance is I don't even Know if there is a a problem where to Send the losses like where is it I don't Know where is it is it in Malta now Where is it where is the the company you Don't know no one knows so it's a bit It's a bit shaky from that perspective That it's impossible to know who to who Is responsible and when there is lack of Responsibility uh humans are humans
Human humans have human nature lack of Responsibility means risk-taking like Responsibility means all kinds of things So this is quite important but of course In case something is wrong with binance Is going to be very interesting where Bitcoin goes I I think we're going to Get a deep down to 20K at least but Let's let me know yes if this is fat or If this is not fad But the the key thing is that we've Survived survived FTX so something Happens with binance it may be very Bearish in the short term but in the Long term it's kind of like with Solana You know Solana had a big connection to FTX and when FTX collapsed it went to Like seven dollars or something but then It quickly recovered to 20. because in Reality now that we've survived the Death of FTX and Solana is still here is Bullish because it's more decentralized This is more sound currency now and very Quickly went from like seven dollars it Doesn't show seven but on exchanges it Was like seven and then it pumped back To 24 seat not still not fully recovered These prices here at Thursday but it's Close enough I mean it's getting quite Close we were at 26. so this is a good Example where short-term pain is long Term uh good like when you want to quit An addiction it's painful in the
Beginning but long term is good so would It be horrible if something happens to Binance yes would it be a industry Destroying event absolutely not equipped Is so much bigger than any exchange Would it prolong the bear Market Probably it would prolong the bear Market yes maybe we're going to be here For a few extra years broadcasting in The dark in in the crypto nuclear winter But we're gonna come out on the other End absolutely there are exchanges in All kinds of countries there's exchanges In Europe and the US and in Asia so We're gonna come out on the other end Whatever happens to the big players but Um of course it would be very nice if Nothing happens so that's what we're Witnessing right now CZ actually did Came out actually actually he did came Out yesterday and said that uh Everything is safe for fans are safe and He said that BSD is issued and Redeemed By paxa so he is actually claiming that By writing this I guess he's claiming That binus does not create their own Um busd and uh this is where we need Clear clarification does bias is sure Not and I guess this could be seen as Clear clarification uh we were informed By practice that they have directed to Seize minting new busd by New Year New York Department of Financial Services Boxes is regulated by a New York
Department of Financial Services we use This telephone wholly owned and managed By paxos so he's actually saying that Binos has nothing to do with issuing Busd and it may make sense so when you Deposit usdc it could be that they just Have a bag of busd that paxus issued in The past as a result busd markup will Only decrease over time so there's no New bus that is going to be Issued and so only go so the market Won't go down because they're gonna have Redemptions and when people send in Their BSD they're gonna send them back USD and then burn their tokens paxus Will continue to service the product and Manage redemptions paxos also assured us That fans are safe and fully covered by Reserves in their banks with their Reserves audits that many times yeah so I mean listen if this is like that I Would I would love it to be like this Bias will continue to support BSD for Foreseeable future we do foresee users Migrating to other stable guns over time And we will make product adjustments Accordingly move away from using busd Um so yeah this is this is what's Happening and the question from Abdul Why not go to another issues we're Exploring others and non-usd bias based Stable coins and you see this is what we Discussed yesterday they gotta figure Out non-usd I would love for the crypto

Through fake or Genuine this Translational scale and they've applied For a Fed master account to get uh to Get to the FED as close as possible and This would basically mean that they Don't have the bank problem if they can Get a Fed master account this would Allow them holding dollars and Transaction with the Federal Reserve Directly so basically they kind of Become uh as close to the base layer of The tradify as possible so they don't Have like another bank in between making Problems Making Tracks the closest thing To a risk-free dollar this would enable Franks to distribute equilateral and Scale to a market gap of hundreds of Billions of dollars let's see how this Evolves I mean obviously it all depends Whether fed wants to have a crypto Dollar and again I think they should Want that they should want that it's Dollar on chain Global you get a global Reserve currency status in the crypto Economy and this is where there is a lot Of uh competition there's going to be a Lot of competition if the US removes Their dominance by by basically shooting Themselves in the foot now the problem We may see if if this clamp down on Stable class continues is that die will Have to rethink how they are And working so that is a decentralized Stable coin but it's partially backed by
Usdc so this thing is going to be Interesting to follow how they will Restructure because in the past dye was Only backed by eth where if you wanted To Mint die you lock up your eth and That is how dies backed but when eth is Very volatile sometimes your position Gets liquidated so your if gets taken And And is sold in order to get the backing For that and so that's why they added Usdc recently but die is actually one of The best table coins still because it's Mostly decentralized although it has This uh partial backing by usdc and they Could rethink it they could rethink it Um but globally is the best one because Again it has the the best liquidity out Of all of this the central stable coins It has proven USD Peg over time it's in Many different protocols and also it has Usage in the real world where we did see A couple of years ago this popularity in Argentina and let me know if you're Watching from Argentina if this is true I mean sometimes you read this articles About different countries and it's not Even true but I hope this is true So this is what we're seeing in terms of Decentralized stable fines that you have Dye you have fracks and all of this is Going is going to be more and more Important as we are entering this new Reality of uh governments coming after

Court the problem with algo stablecoin Is that there's no counterparts like There's no like company so it's by Definition not really as litigious like You cannot sue them in the same way so It's uh it is what it is it's like Bitcoin like who do you sue for issuing A currency like there's no one so yeah That's uh that's why ideally it should Be a decentralized stable coin because They're it's called like it's called It's called issuing a security it Doesn't make sense And let's say that because it's all About For regulator it's all about being Credible so let's say you make a rule Where you say Okay decentralized stable Coins are not allowed because they are Securities then okay how do you enforce It how do you enforce it you go to the Smart contract you tell them to stop It's impossible so as Regulators you Don't want to be to lose credibility by Having rules you cannot you cannot Enforce so that's a big thing with Decentralized stable clients that in Case they are decentralized it's uh it's Unstoppable Cloud so then it means that It will be part of what's uh it will be Part of the financial sector because It's there it's working no one can Remove it it's very nice so yeah Cold is like hey man how to claim beans
